Alumni Meet

In order to meet-out the requirements of college IQAC & the NAAC accreditation of our institution the Govt. Degree College Khansahib convened an Alumni Meet on 23rd September 2021. Prof. Ishfaq Ahmad, Assistant Professor of Education moderated the event. Dr. Syed Tanvir Indrabi, Principal GDC Khansahib, delivered the welcome address and said: “I deem it as my honour to felicitate you all in this college. This college shall always help you in chasing your dreams. We will never let you down, teacher– student relationship remains immortal…… We are trying to make this institution student friendly to its core”. Dr. Indrabi exhorted that a person must never lose hope and should try his luck both in government as well as the private sector.

After a tea break of 10 minutes, the alumni introduced themselves and highlighted their past experiences at the institution and expectations for the future. Largely they were contended with the teaching- learning process and infrastructure available within the campus but desired for better sports facilities and introduction of more streams in the college. Prof. Bashir Ahmad Dar, Associate Professor of Urdu, also spoke on the occasion and sought a genuine feedback from alumni for the betterment of this institution.

Finally Prof. Ishfaq Ahmad thanked the alumni for attending the meet.
