IMPORTANT FORM TO BE FILLED BY ALL THE STUDENTS OF GDC KHANSAHIB.
Very important form that will have to be filled by every student of the college GDC Khansahib. If you did not fill the form, any of your scholarship form will never be verified. You will also have to face a disciplinary action against you. Submit before 16th of Jan 2021 4 PM.
NOTE:
Submit the form only once. Also fill the details very carefully without any mistakes. You will have to produce the proof of your answers later on in the college. If you commit mistakes, then after submitting you can again edit the form. Correct the mistakes and submit again. Note that you will have to login first through an email address. That email address will be your identity.
