Red Ribbon Club GDC Khansahib Awarded as one of the best RRCs in the state of J&K.

Red Ribbon Club at GDC Khansahib was selected as one of the ten best RRCs in the state of J&K by National AIDS Control Organization (NACO). The information was communicated through letter No: JKSACS/19/1492-94, Dated 11/11/2019, wherein the Nodal officer of RRC of GDC Khansahib was also invited to Delhi for attending a felicitation ceremony.

On first of December 2019, a function was organized at Kedarnath Sahni Auditorium, Press enclave Ajmiri Gate Ned Delhi by NACO. Besides facilitation of the RRCs from across the country, the event was meant to celebrate the World Aids Day 2019 which is celebrated on the first of December each year.  The Union Minister for Health & Family Welfare Dr Harsh Vardhan was invited to the event. The honourable minister distributed the certificates and awards among the participant Nodal Officers. Mr. Mohd Mohsin, Nodal Officer Red Ribbon Club received the certificate and the award from the honorable minister.

The visit to the facilitation ceremony was funded by Jammu and Kashmir State Aids Control Society.
