With an enrollment of 597 students the college is operating from its campus sprawling over 7.8 Acre’s of land and is situated on the picturesque Carewa of “Katrash”.
The college has been shifted to its own campus in 2017. From 2008-2017, the college used to operate from the Bal-ashram building of Social Welfare Department. The college started its academic journey with B.A. degree program with 69 students enrolled and four subjects in its first year of establishment. During the previous three years, the college has seen multiple constructive changes that include the introduction of 17 subjects and degree program in B.Sc Medical as well as Non-Medical. The college has eight classrooms and I have ensured that all the classrooms are having projectors and smart boards installed. Two classrooms have been equipped with digital podiums also. The college has also purchased a 25KVA Generator besides getting a leased line for providing internet connection to the college. Besides, I have ensured that the college also provides browsing rooms for both boys as well as girl students. A dispensary has also been set up during the previous year for providing first aid to the students. The college has made many purchases during my tenure and has consequently been enriched to ensure a better teaching-learning experience to all those involved.
The college has the potential to become a seat of excellence as it is prospering with a steady pace.
The college is also preparing for its first N.A.A.C Accreditation and is in the process of its submission of S.S.R.
