Intra-District Naat and seerah Competition held at GDC Khansahib.

The Departemnt of Arabic Degree college Khansahib organized a One day Intra-district Seerat and Naat Competition at Degree college Khansahib. The chief guest of the programme was Prof Dr. G.N Khaki from Chairman Markaz Noor, Centre for Sheokh Ul Alam Studies.

On the occasion, students from various degree colleges of Budgam district participated.

Prof Khaki delivered the Keynote Address and Prof Syed Tanvir Indrabi, Principal of the college, presented the welcome address.

The Programme was moderated by Mr Aquib Manzoor, Asst prof Arabic and Dr Shabbir Ahmad Asst Prof Kashmiri.

Mr. Iqbal Shafi Asst Prof History, presented the vote of thanks.

Mr Mohammad Iqbal from GDC Khansahib bagged the first prize in Naat Competition and Mr. Younis Majeed Pandit from GDC Khansahib was awared the first prize in seerat competition.

All the participant students were presented with certificates of participation.

The first three position holders in both Naat and Seerah competitions were provided momentoes and cassh prizes.
